Bass players have no clue how to compose music.

Of course, because they only play one note at a time! And they don't think about music, they just think about the chord fundamental.

Well, without mentioning Paul McCartney, Marcus Miller or any counterexample: being an artist is far more than just playing an instrument. Music is about making ideas noticeable.

My path as a student of several utterly talented jazz artists like Kevin Reveyrand eventually brought me to Metal Blade signed progressive death metal act Disillusion, where I met mastermind Andy Schmidt, who totally changed my views about music. Writing. Ideas. Life.

I composed Nü Jent City, a study of the 90s music & video game aesthetics. Featuring Martin Miller (check out his signature Ibanez guitars).

I designed all system sounds for the Tilde PRO, a high end bluetooth headset by Orosound (Paris).

I arranged Manaka Katoaka's outstanding orchestral piece for Breath of the Wild for a 4-string bass.
